Program Application
To apply, please complete and send the
- Amizade Program Application,
- and $100 program deposit.
Application Process
Your completed application will be reviewed within 2 weeks of receipt at the Amizade Office and you will receive an email with the relevant decision. Applications will not be reviewed until the application fee is received.
Once accepted into a program, participants receive enrollment information and program documents to review and complete. If you are applying as part of a group program, you may proceed with the next steps by directly going to the accepted volunteers page.
