General Program Information:
- *Discount - Students
registering (applied, accepted and submitted a program deposit)
before February 28, 2007 will receive a $250 program tuition discount
- Amizade will offer a limited number of student scholarships
in 2007. More information and the application are available
on the Financial Aid page.
Program Tuition Includes:
- 6 - 9 undergraduate or 3 graduate academic credits awarded through West Virginia University (please check the program pages for more details)
- Full room and board during scheduled in-country portion of
the program
- Scheduled educational, recreational, service and cultural activities
- Transportation in country
- Program Staffing while in country
- Travel Insurance
Additional Program Related Expenses:
- Airfare to the designated program airport
Amizade will organize group flights that students can sign up for or they
can purchase their ticket separately
- Travel Related Expenses including passport and visa (where
applicable), medical insurance, required immunizations
- Course textbooks
- Personal spending money
